At the moment, we rely on external couriers. Once an order is placed with us, we immediately get on the phone to our couriers. We then arrange a time for then to pick up the delivery (usually within a day or two, giving us time to process the order). Once pick-up has been arranged, the delivery is usually there the following day. So, please allow 3 – 5 days in total for your order to arrive. It is important to have someone at home to receive the delivery. The courier will leave items outside (all items are packaged accordingly) if necessary, but it is always better to have someone to receive the goods as they can be quite bulky. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer a fitting service, as we may be located quite a distance from the customer receiving the goods. Fitting carpets can be quite tricky so it is always better to get a trained professional to fit for you. We do sell tools for anyone that likes to do it yourself, but it is not advisable. For your local fitters you could try your local yellow pages or Yelp.com. We ourselves do not have a guide to fitting carpets but there are many resources on the web that can help you. There is a guide on doityourself.com and many videos on YouTube, we do not endorse these websites as we do not recommend that you fit the carpets yourselves. Instead the best option would be to get a trained carpet fitter to do it for you. You could try the National Institute of Carpet and floor-layers at nicfltd.org. It is always a good idea to get a trained professional to fit you carpet.
